You know better than anybody, it is almost impossible to be a homeowner for a middle class family in Silicon Valley. But here is a solution!

But before you start the evaluation of our offer please ask yourself one simple question. Does real property ownership exist in the US or did it become a fiction? Taxes, debts, collection, IRS, creditors, any envious can initiate the jeopardy assessment and one becomes a homeless regardless of the whole merit bath. Should you have a risk and pay for years and years your mortgage, just to get the bad news one day?

Here is our solution.

You have a home in multimillion neighborhoods, make a security deposit and fixed monthly payment and live all your life without fear and doubt.

However there are some simple rules of living:

  1. You need to be honorable resident of the mansion area, otherwise you will be asked to leave without any explanations. Therefore, evaluate whether you can adequately exist in the neighborhood with the cream of society.
  2. You will have 25 year’s lease term and need to pay security deposit, rent, taxes and utility monthly and on time.
  3. You will have some limitation such as number of residents, number of cars, animals, in your environmental impact and your personal behavior. Any complain from local residents may lead to your early eviction.

The rules of living are different for each neighborhood, so let’s start to evaluate.    

Ok, this is how it works.

  1. You are making the Request for Evaluation for one of our offered modular home and appliances and the neighborhood where you wish to live.
  2. We are making the Quotation with Specification, BOM and Contract with Plan, Terms and Lead time (CRT package).
  3. If you agree, you are making the Offer, release your assets/liability balance and consent for the background check.
  4. We are making the appointment with landlord for your evaluation of the property.
  5. If you satisfied with the property and CTR package, we are working with the lenders to find the best financial proposal for your security deposit.
  6. If you are qualified and satisfied with all terms and conditions, we are making the arrangement of the agreement with landlord, home builder and constructors, preparing the paperwork, City documentation and preparing the final CTR package for your conclusion.
  7. Once all paperwork is done, the process will start. We expect that you will have the keys from your new home within two-three month.
