MINUTES OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

OF

Silicon Valley Affordable Home, DBA “BALTA”

 A regular meeting of the above corporation was held on November 1, 2022 at the corporation's place of business at 1525 Gold St., #441, Alviso, CA 95002

1. Quorum. A quorum was declared present based on the presence of the following Directors:
   • Alex Kor – CEO
   • Svetlana Ermoshina – MD
2. New Business: The following corporate actions taken by appropriate motions duly made, seconded, and adopted by the Directors entitled to vote. (A). The Board of Directors voted and approved to distribute 1000 (one thousand) shares $100.00 (one hundred US dollars) each to every new participant of the Silicon Valley Affordable Home Project according to the “Silicon Valley Affordable Home Shares Distribution Rules and Order” Sect 2.1 as it for the company to use as an acquisition of new interests. There being no further business, this meeting was adjourned.
